Hi Folks,

In this video I show you how to make my super tasty and mildly healthy chilli with soft vegi rice!

It’s not necessarily easy, simple or quick but the best things almost never are!

You’ll need the following!

Pork or Beef Mince 🍖
Chopped tomatoes or pasata 🍅
Tomato purée 🍅
Garlic 🧄
Onion 🧅
Peppers 🫑
Lemon juice 🍋
Salt and pepper 🧂
Paprika
Cayene pepper
Chilli powder 🌶️
Cumin
Brown sugar
Coriander 🌿
Kidney beans 🫘

For the rice 🍚 you brown or white and a finely chopped carrot 🥕 for colour, sweetness and goodness.
