Audrii Cunningham's Body Found in Trinity River Under US-59, McDougal Charged with Murder, Death Penalty Not Being Ruled Out, LIVINGSTON, February 20, 2024 - At 4 pm today (02/20/24) Polk County Sheriff, Byron Lyons and Polk County District Attorney, Shelly Bush-Sitton, held a press conference on the steps of the local DPS Office. Sheriff Lyons Confirmed that the body of 11 year old Audrii Cunningham, of Livingston, was found in the Trinity River, under US-59 (South of Goodrich). Don McDougal has been charged with murder.
