Ingredients (7 Cookies) 110 g cold butter White sugar 40g, brown sugar 60g, salt 2g 1 egg 100g all purpose flour, 50g cake flour (can be replaced with all purpose flour) Corn Starch 4g, Baking Powder 2g, Baking Soda 2g 75g toasted walnuts, 55g toasted cashews, (you can use your favorite nuts) 130g dark couverture chocolate
