NHS psychiatric care 'collapsing' amid 'unsafe' mixed wards

Past and present staff in England's NHS psychiatric care system have told Sky News the service is falling apart and is at the point of "collapse".

They reveal major concerns about "unsafe" mixed-gender spaces, inadequate safeguarding protections and bed shortages, which they say are putting patients at risk.
