Man Thinks That He Can Intimidate His Way Out of DUI

On December 18th, 2022, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a truck that had crossed stop signs. As soon as the officer made contact with the driver, he could smell a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. The driver remained uncooperative and was unwilling to provide any information to the officer. The man was taken to jail, but he still refused to comply. The male was charged with DUI and Resisting Arrest.
