The reason I took the shot was to be able to work overseas.  My first shot was taken on June 21, 2022.  It was a Pfizer shot, card number FM 7553.  There was no incident after this. My second shot was taken on July 21, 2022. It was also a Pfizer shot, card number FM 7553.

On August 1, 2022, I began having symptoms - severe headaches, blurred vision, disoriented, could not walk in a straight line, stuttered speech, right side of my face was tingling, left side of my face dropping, my arm tingled with a hand grip that would not release, and I was unable to move my head and neck which were lowered and locked in place.
