In this video, Jim Lee from ClimateViewer.com and WeatherModificationHistory.com, goes through a map of 50 years worth of United Nations (UN) tracking weather modification (1952-1999). He shows all of the reports from 1999-2007 (when the UN stopped publishing their reports).

He also shows tracked weather modification programs in the United States between 2004-2012; he reveals who did it, why they did it, and who paid for it. Next, he goes through an entire list of names and addresses of companies that are modifying the weather.

After that, he briefly talks about cloud ionization, and ends by speaking about HAARP.
