It’s my one year anniversary of me having a stroke. Let’s talk about it .

So one year today I had a stroke in the gym. I tore a blood vessel in the back of my head on the right side of my brain. I was admitted to Grady hospital in Atlanta and stayed there for 8 days. I went through physical therapy, voc rehab, speech therapy and spoke with a therapist. This event was definitely life changing for me and I still deal with side affects to this day.

I wanna thank Simbi for being there and assisting me through this difficult time. Also prayers and blessings to all my stroke survivors. I know your pain. Stay strong.
