The NBA All-Star Game Is Simply Not That Intriguing Anymore

The NBA All-Star game used to be a watchable event. Lately, however, it's been nothing more than a meaningless exhibition match that the players themselves don't care about. Plus, with no incentives being involved, why even have it in the first place? Is there a way to salvage it?
