Port Huron City Manager, James Freed called out on the cancelation of his third public coffee session

Eileen Tesch speaks with Rita Williams, who travelled from the west side of Michigan to speak with Port Huron City Manager James Freed. Although Rita disappointedly did not get to speak with Freed because the session was cancelled, she tells Eileen another reason she came to Port Huron.
