Border Update 4

Scott and Eric leave Amarillo and venture out to the Arizona Boarder. They experience nothing more than a fence where a wall should be. Encountering evidence of mass migration with garbage and footprints that lead to white tents as processing centers.

By all accounts the damage is done. The people are already here. What's to stop them with a fence like this where a tall wall should be?
