Chris reads from the Government of Alberta Institutional Report Submitted to the Public Order Emergency Commission August 22, 2022. While its a long and boring title for an episode, it is engaging to hear what happened before, during, and after the Emergencies Act was enacted on Feb 14, 2022. This report is detailed and is an Alberta response to the Coutts Blockade and that the Emergencies Act should never have been invoked because the Blockade was under control and dismantaled by that time.
