This was a horrendous officer involved shooting in Philadelphia of a motorist Eddie Irizarry, he was shot to death by officer Mark Dial, Dial said he seen a gun no gun was found a small pocket knife along with tools hammer etc. was in Eddies car. Now slow the video down and examine what went down. Officer Dial rushed in yelling I’ll fucken shoot you he positioned himself in a crossfire endangering, another officer who seconds earlier had Eddie at gun point as he yelled hands, he had a perfect vantage point, he didn’t shoot. Dial got closer he touched the glass with his right hand and pushed his gun into the door glass, glass popped shattered then we see Dial flinches and fires 6 shots running away. Dial scared himself into what he believed was a gunfight. Dial has a big problem with his self defense law, It was his rogue reckless unprofessional behavior that caused this chaos this was an unlawful shooting that caused lost of life Justice for Eddie Irizarry.
