Riverside County Registrar, Art Tinoco, SERVED! FEB 23, 2024.

Citizens served the current Registrar of Voters, Art Tinoco, with over 100 signed Declarations, holding him accountable for election code violations and bad practices within the department and through his own actions. 50,000 overvotes that were discovered during a 2022 election are still unexplained by Art, who also admitted that he has no 'IT' experience and is just following procedure when it comes to our elections. Art stated, "I do not have an IT background, so I have to trust that the system works the way I'm told." And the Board of Supervisors has no working knowledge of this election system that THEY have signed onto until 2028! It is unethical and unconstitutional to force us to use an election system they have no access to. It's time to stand up! Join the others who are fighting for a return to Fair and Transparent elections in your county. Don't let them do all the work without you!
