Lindsey Vonn made her Winter Olympics debut today. It went fairly poorly.
The United States’ star skier made her debut in the super-G event. Vonn, 33, was the first skier to go through the course.
Vonn looked good for most of the race, but made a bad mistake late. She skidded pretty badly toward the end of the course and cost herself some precious time.
The Minnesota native will not be medaling. She mouthed “I tried” after she finished.
