Labour: 'NATO and the European countries within it have to do more' | Russia - Ukraine war

Shadow defence secretary John Healey MP says that a future decade of Russian aggression has to be countered, and that "the European countries within it have to do more".

Mr Healey called on the US Congress to "unlock bipartisan support" for Ukraine and continue its "critical" package of support for the war effort.
