Playing Chrono Trigger for the First Time - Part 1

I've heard the hype, the love, the adoration. My curiosity has been piqued for years, and now I am finally prepared to give this masterpiece a shot. Be warned I'm not a seasoned RPG player, and this first chapter almost saw me give up. But I've pressed on, and I think I'm moving in a good direction.
