The new update of Roblox Tower Defense Simulator introduces the Trapper Tower. Trapper is an intermediate tower that costs $3k to unlock. Once in a game, Trapper costs $700 to deploy and has a placement limit of 7 towers.

Trapper in Roblox Tower Defense Simulator works a lot like the Spike Factory in Bloon TD6. Trapper slowly deploys traps on the path, with the first possible trap being a spike. When an enemy runs into one of Trapper's spikes, the spike and the enemy will do equal damage to each other, taking out whichever has less HP. A level 1 Trapper starts off making spikes with 25 HP, which means that a spike will do a total of 25 damage to enemies before it disappears.

As you upgrade Trapper, stats improve (such as range, cooldown, max traps, and trap damage) and you unlock other types of traps. Landmines are a next type of trap which have just 1 HP, meaning that they are entirely consumed on a single enemy, but do a larger amount of damage compared to spikes. Bear Traps are the last trap type to unlock, and they include a stun effect on enemies.

Overall, I think that if you are relatively new to Roblox TDS, like under level 30, then Trapper is probably a B Tier tower. It's pretty cheap to unlock and access, and Trapper gives you some okay capabilities for the cost. If you're not a Roblox TDS beginner, meaning that you have access to higher level towers and event towers, then Trapper is D Tier rubbish. Trapper is low damage output, does not well apply effects like stun, gets wrecked by Breakers, and is outclassed by so many other towers. Roblox TDS Trapper just doesn't do anything that other towers can just do better.
