F-16's and their pilot and engineering manuals are written in English, not Russian, not Ukrainian. Accepting such an aircraft requires the assembly of Pilots, Engineers, and other support, including spares. So all this utter bullshit talk of F-16's is propaganda. The Ukrainian military is decimated, this is why there are Down's Syndrome Ukrainians in trenches. Brand new apartment blocks sprang up in Mariupol two years ago, built by Russia, ask yourself how, and why?
