Title IV (9) changes set to finalize in March, 2024

The new U.S. Department of Education’s Title IX regulation would:
-Allow schools to become zones of gender indoctrination.
-Impose Soviet-style disciplinary procedures on falsely accused male students.
-Curtail free speech under the pretext of stopping sexual harassment.
-Force compliance with pronoun mandates. -Mandate schools to allow biological males to participate in women’s sports.
-Encourage children and youth to change their gender without the knowledge of their parents.
-Allow boys into girls’ locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms.

"The proposed rule seeks to “clarify the scope and application of Title IX” to prevent sex discrimination in education and further outlines procedures for responding to incidents.
