Gloria Moss BA (Hons), MA, PhD, FCIPD
After undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in French and Medieval Studies, Gloria studied
Organisational Psychology and Human Resources at the London School of Economics (LSE) and worked
then as a Training and Development Manager in blue chip companies. She then became an academic,
working as a Professor in universities in the UK and France and researching numerous topics. This
included a twenty-year long project on Gender and Design and the strong evidence for biological sex
differences followed by projects on Best Practice Leadership and ways of optimising teamworking
cultures. She is the author of 8 books and over 70 peer review journal and conference papers, as well as
around 150 articles for the mainstream media.
Her latest book Light Bulb Moments and the Power of Critical Thinking , written with Katherine Armitage,
shows the power of questioning in ascertaining the truth (this can be bought from
[email protected]). She also runs the Questioning History and Questioning Science
conferences with the next Questioning History conference happening on 2-3 March in Berkshire.
She is the founding member of Truth University which offers research degrees and also books that use
Critical Thinking to challenge mainstream beliefs. These books can be obtained from
