Today I rant, rave, and nearly SCREAM at the terrible mistake being made across the rapidly growing middle class among African young urban professionals. By spending so much of their income on emulating the Western diet of fast foods, processed food, and increased meat eating, they are bringing on a new epidemic of non-infectious diseases. We are witnessing a mass catastrophe in the making that we could deter if willing.
