NIMH SPECIAL POLICE vs SHERIFF!
Seems like both of these law enforcement unit need some guidance. If they treat each other like this then imagine what and how they treat each other a normal citizen.
These police officers need to uphold the oath they are sworn too. These are the sane people who might have rode the short yellow school bus, Down syndrome or a little slow
