Paul Murphy - 'Exposed By Fame' - Electric Version

Another carriage on the nostalgia train. This week, I had an idea to go through some of the, I guess 'deep cuts', from my catalogue. Having written some 1300 songs, the well is pretty deep, and, sadly, so are some of the cuts still.

This song dates from 1990, and so far as I know, was never played live, and hadn't seen daylight in almost 35 years until a day ago. Having tried it acoustic a couple of times, I felt it might enjoy a power-play. I feel the same about myself, sometimes.

The song is wider than the title, encompassing politics, employment, relationships. Anywhere there is an uneven dynamic viewed through diffused eyes. The moral clause from the recipient of such is not to exploit it.
