State Rep. Gerhard arrested at Federal Courthouse for filming in a public building (2nd time)

January 22nd 2024 Concord, NH Representative Jason Gerhard (Northfield - Franklin) and Frank Staples were arrested at the Concord Federal Courthouse for filming in a public building despite being told they were allowed to do so by Dept. of Homeland Security.
