Representative Jordan Redmond, a Republican from Coeur d'Alene, has introduced a bill aimed at prohibiting local governments from regulating knives. If passed, the bill would prevent cities, counties, and other local entities from regulating the possession, sale, transfer, or manufacturing of knives. This bill aligns with 13 other states with similar laws, aiming for uniformity across the state.
