a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 medium eggs
80 g(1/3 cup) yogurt
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or other
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grate 1 medium apple
chocolate chips(optional)
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Recipe 2
110 g(1 cup) walnuts
2 ripe bananas
lemon juice(optional)
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
