BUILD a SELF SPOTTING Contraption

In this video of Self Built I'll be showing you an idea that I came up with of building a self-spotting contraption. I will warn others to do so at their own risk and not to use it for a one rep max. The purpose I made it was to do forced reps and work to failure without getting pinned by the bar. I hope it gives you an idea and is entertaining.
