PSA On All Arch Based GTK4/Libadwita Themeing Issues !! And How to Fix Them Properly !!

Don't use GTK themes from Repos/AUR for GTK4

Yes, you read this correctly, installing GTK themes from any Repo or the AUR will not work for any GTK4/LibAdwaita apps. Simply because in order for that to work, you will have to install them with the -l flag which only works if run as user not as root. And as we all know any package from Arch, XeroLinux, AUR will run as root, resulting in the theme only applying to GTK2/3 apps not GTK4 due to this limitation. That's why if you want to apply a new GTK theme you will have to consult its Github for instructions to make it work on GTK4. Blame GTK4 / LibAdwaita devs not me.. Just being transparent here..
