The ice skating rink at Rosa Parks Circle is now closed for the season.

The rink, which opened on November 30th, saw between 40 and 50-thousand skaters during the season. Crews say the area has been closed off to the public and that the ice will naturally melt away into drains located under the rink. To improve the rink next year, Grand Rapids residents can take a survey about this years' rink and how it can be improved by visiting Public Input dot com.
