I don't buy bread anymore! You don't need an oven! Incredibly easy and delicious!

Pan bread recipe:
400 g of flour.
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 7 g of dry yeast.
Stir.
Add 200-220 ml (4/5 cup) of water in batches.
Knead the dough well with your hands.
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Shape the dough.
Grease a frying pan with oil.
Cover the pan with a lid and put it in for another 30 minutes.
Heat the pan over low heat and place the batter in it.
Cover with the lid.
Turn the bread over on the other side.
Cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat until a nice crust is formed.
That's it ... our bread is ready!
