Special meat recipe for dinner

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Cut 4 steaks into slices.
Knock the meat.
Roll the meat well in flour on both sides.
Melt 50 g butter and add a little olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Cut 3 potatoes into slices.
Cut 150 g of mushrooms into slices.
Stir in 150 ml of milk.
Season with salt.
Season to taste and season with pepper.
Season to taste and season with paprika.
Add 5 g nutmeg.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Put the potatoes in the pan.
Add the mushrooms to the potatoes.
Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat while stirring.
