On January 8, attorney for Georgia RICO co-defendant, Mike Roman, filed a motion to disqualify Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade from the case and then dismiss the indicment against her client. For cause, Roman alleges that Willis was engaged in an relationship with Wade at the time she hired him as Special Prosecutor and then benefitted from the exorbanite salary that Wade was able to bill Fulton County, Georgia.....to the tune of $750,000.

You might call that a conflict of interest, you might call it a kickback, you might call it corruption.

Willis denied the allegations of a relationship, but records from Wade's pending divorce and the affidavits of other parties encouraged Judge Scott McAfee to set a two day hearing starting February 15, 2024.

Terrence Bradley, a former law partner and divorce lawyer for special prosecutor Nathan Wade, has been ordered by a judge to testify on February 27, 2024 about his knowledge of Wade’s relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis

Bradley was called to testify two weeks ago in a court hearing held to determine whether Wade, Willis and her staff should be disqualified from their sprawling RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.
