The Sydney freedom movement started strong, with large crowds taking to the streets to make a stand against mandates and the police corruption that was taking place during COVID lockdowns. Slowly over the years, issue after issue started to show through. The worldwide freedom rallies slowly got taken over, and suddenly it wasn't about Australia or the problems within Australia anymore.

Recently, the worldwide freedom rallies have been political takeovers or Russian support rallies.
