Army Personnel Declines By 5 PERCENT

The U.S. Army is cutting their ranks by at least 24,000 troops, and it's because our military can't fill its ranks with recruits anymore. In the past, the type of men that would sign up for the military were your farmers, manual laborers, and physically-built men. Unfortunately, the next generation of American fighters doesn't look like that anymore.
