I began experiencing pruritus and blotchy rash, followed by shivers that lead to rigors. Shortly after I began having chest heaviness and shortness of breath. I had a syncopal episode. I went to my local emergency room. I was in anaphylactic/cardiogenic shock. My blood pressures were extremely low and fluid resuscitation was unsuccessful.
