UFO Sighting from Ireland - 1962

1962, AER Lingus Pilot Flying,
Captain Gordon was flying from Cork
to Brussels when he came across the object.

He explained his sighting after landing at the Dublin Airport.

Gordon says that they saw a globular-shaped
UFO about 5 miles ahead of them.

He first thought he was seeing some type
of meteorogical object like a weather balloon,
but as the object came closer, flying at about
1000 mph, he changed his mind.

The identity of the object remained unidentifiable.
