Statement by the head of the press center of the Zapad group

Units of the Zapad group of forces continue to carry out combat missions in the Kupyansk direction.

Motorized rifle units, in cooperation with artillery, repelled four attacks by assault groups of the 32nd mechanized and 57th motorized Infantry brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the Senkovka railway station.

During the counter-battery struggle, the artillery units of the group destroyed two M777 howitzers, an M198 howitzer made in the USA and a D-20 howitzer.

The air defense of the group destroyed four unmanned aerial vehicles, including two Furies, Tit and Leleka-100.

The enemy's losses in the Kupyansk direction amounted to up to 180 military personnel, a T-64 tank, three pickups and four unmanned aerial vehicles.
