The LORD's Day

It's amazing how error can sweep the earth to the point where almost everyone acknowledges it as truth. Many of us grew up hearing that Sunday is the Lord's day and it's the day we should go to Church. Some even go as far as to call Sunday the "Christian sabbath." No lie is of the truth. Sunday is the first day of the week. God gave us it as the first day of the six working days. The Creator made everything in six literal days. He rested on the Seventh day and commands all humanity to remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy(Exodus 20:8-11). The seventh day, which is called Saturday is the Sabbath of YHWH-God. The Sabbath is the only day God calls " My holy Day"( Isaiah 58:13). Hence, it is the LORD-YHWH's Day. Those who teach otherwise are not following the Bible. They are not following God. They are heeding a decree of a pope instead. Christians must follow the Commands of God/Jesus Christ, not the commands of men. Listen more and choose to be a follower of Jesus Christ today.
