Denver Layoffs To Offset Illegal Immigration Costs?

Don’t call it Layoffs. The city of Denver claimed that they are not laying off people . However, this is just a technicality, Denver has been reducing hourly employees to zero hours in order to save money to accommodate illegal immigrants coming to the city. This will impact city employees such as lifeguards, coaches, and desk workers and many others that are hourly based.
