Today is a chest, shoulder, and tricepspushup exercise that you can perform athome.
Perform explosive movements first,followed by pike pushups, basic pushups,and triceps moves.
Personally, I think it is more efficient toperform basic horizontal push-upsalternately with vertical push-ups, such aspike push-ups, than to perform basicpush-ups back to back.
For those who find this routine easy, addingadditional load, such as a weighted vest,and increasing the rest period to 1 minute is a great option.
If you have difficulty doing pike push-ups,we recommend replacing it with shoulderpresses using tools such as dumbbells orbarbells!
