The war between Russia and Ukraine began in February 2014, just over nine years ago. Two days ago, Ukraine President Zelensky just announced that 31000 Ukrainian troops have been killed since the start of the Russian invasion. Meanwhile, a U.S. intelligence report, declassified in mid-December 2023, estimated that 315,000 Russian troops had been killed or wounded in Ukraine.
