In The State Of Jijel (Algeria), Heavy Rain Occurred, Which Caused Flooding

More than 200 mm of rain fell here from Wednesday to Friday.
The dams filled to the brim and roads, farms and houses were flooded. Rain and wind caused power, telephone and Internet outages.
The state hasn't seen such heavy rain since 1984.
