📍 It's finally here. For the last 35 years, I have heard, I don't know who to believe. Well, the Reality of Health Podcast will bring you clarity and insight on all topics of health. My name is Erik and I have spent 35 years learning a myriad of natural health practices, and I want to share all I have learned to help you.

My goal is to enlighten you in knowledge and wisdom so you can decipher the truth. You'll be able to understand the reality is in the truth, not what you have been sold to believe. It will be interesting and easy to understand. Sometimes we will get a little geeky, but I want you to see how amazing your body really is.
