Meet Russian strongman - @DenisVovk0804 💪 the man who has pulled planes, trains, lifted cars and… even me! 😱 I went to his handmade training spot in a small Russian village, where everyone seems to hate the same car 🚙 There, I talked with Denis about not only his strengths, but also his challenges, his faith, and his inspiring journey! I was so impressed with his story, I even decided to give weightlifting a try myself.
I got to meet the little mini version of Denis, his son. A boy who strives to be like his father, strong both physically but also spiritually.
