D.I.Y. Studio light

I wanted to buy some lights for my little studio to record my songs and I was surprised by the cost of professional lights. There a lot of options out there, but I had this "Eureka" moment........why not built it yourself?
The video is sped up to 300% for the actual building sections, but hopefully it can help some else who is looking for some better lights.
