Sequel or Remaster? Which One Is It? | Treyarch's Next CoD

So everybody & their mama has been talking about the next 3 upcoming call of duties left & right. But no one seems to be sure what the 2nd one may be. Is it a sequel of a remaster? Al we know is it's connected to black ops 2.
