ID's released for brother, sister killed in Sunday crash on Indy's west side

The brother and sister who were killed when a car and an SUV collided on Indy's west side Sunday afternoon have been identified by the Marion County Coroner. The crash happened around 3 p.m. in the area of 8450 W. Washington Street, according to the Indianapolis Fire Department. A black car and silver SUV collided. Two of the occupants in the black car were pronounced dead. They have been identified as 17-year-old Alexandra Koffi and 13-year-old Aaron Koffi, according to the coroner's office. The two were brother and sister. An occupant of the SUV was taken to Eskenazi Hospital with undisclosed injuries. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
