Peters Mint Tea Recipe:
8 Cups water
3 mint tea bags (raw mint is better)
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 lemon
1 tbs cinnamon
Brew mint for 30 min, allow to cool, then add honey, cinnamon, & lemon juice.
Refrigerate & reheat one cup at a time if you would like.
One cup in the morning & evening.
