All Things Spiritual-Eyes Wide Shut

The Tabernacle, a place where God dwells, was a place where worshipers could not enter the Holy of Holies. Jesus Christ fulfilled each station inside the tabernacle, including the altar of sacrifice and the bronze laver. Jesus Christ's atoning work is so perfect that he can ascend to the right hand of God and dispense the Holy Ghost to his people. The law forbidding us from touching, tasting, or handling the tabernacle, such as touching a dead body or offering to an idol, still holds true today. Instead of the carnal law, it is a spiritual wall that forbids us from touching, tasting, or handling. By becoming free from sin and becoming servants to God, we can have fruit unto holiness and eternal life. Worship and humility of the Spirit replaces carnal senses, and observing the law of Moses instead of the gospel of Christ is not enough. Jesus cannot be served by observing devotion to him on one day.
